Privacy Policy

How we look after the details you share with us. Last updated: July 2026.

This notice explains what personal data Novo Bookings Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We only collect what you choose to send us.

Who we are

Novo Bookings Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17333314), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the "data controller" for the personal data collected through this site.

To contact us about your data, use the contact form on this site, or write to us at the registered office above.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter:

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, so we don't collect information about your browsing.

Why we use it

We use your information solely to read, reply to, and follow up on your enquiry, and to decide whether we might work together. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Your form submission is processed by our website host and form provider, Netlify, which stores the submission and delivers it to us. Netlify acts as our data processor. We may also use ordinary email to correspond with you. We only disclose data to others if we are legally required to.

Where your data is processed

Our host and form provider may process data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the provider's data-processing terms and recognised transfer mechanisms).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them. As a general rule, we delete enquiry correspondence at the end of the calendar year in which we last heard from you — unless we still need it for a booking you've asked us to arrange or to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, just contact us via the form or at our registered office. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Any cookies set by our host are strictly necessary for the site to work and to keep it secure.
